When you place an order:

• Shipping and billing address
• Order information (items, total, payment method)
• Payment is processed manually; full card number is not stored after processing

When you use the site:

• Cookies to maintain session and cart state

When you send us a message:

• Message content, name and email you provided

3. What we do with your data

• Order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, status notifications
• Customer support, answering questions, handling complaints
• Legal obligations, accounting, invoicing, data retention as required by law (10 years for accounting records)
• Newsletter, only if you explicitly subscribed. You can unsubscribe in every email.

• Courier services (DPD, GLS, local partners) - delivery
• Suppliers, shipping address (for dropshipping models only)
• Hosting (Vercel) and database (Neon), technical infrastructure

All listed third parties are GDPR-compliant and have their own privacy policies.
