Delivery time

14–30 days from the moment we confirm your order. We ship directly from the manufacturer with a clear customs procedure, so there are no surprise duties.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package ships. Track status in real time via the link in your email or directly on the Cainiao system.

Customs

We ship with a clear customs procedure. If there's any risk of additional customs duties for your country, we contact you before shipping.

14-day right of return

By EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Conditions:

• Product must be in original packaging with all parts and documentation.
• Must be unused or used only as much as you'd normally inspect it in a shop.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or damaged on delivery.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method as the original order.

What if it arrives damaged?

Open the package in front of the courier whenever possible. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, take a photo and send it to hello@voltridershub.com within 48 hours. Replacement or refund is on us.

Warranty

Standard warranty per EU law is 24 months for all products. Specific components:

• Battery and motor: 1 year full coverage (free replacement if it drops below 70% capacity in that period).
• Electrical components (controller, display, brake sensors): 6 months.
• Consumables (tires, chain, brake pads): no warranty, but we can help you source them.

Warranty & support

We're an online shop, so there is no physical service point. Every product carries the manufacturer warranty and we coordinate any claim for you, so you never ship to China yourself. Details on the support page.
