Terms of use

Rules for purchase, payment, delivery and liability.

1. General provisions

By using this site (voltridershub.com) you accept the following terms. VoltRiders reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice. Current versions are always available on this page.

2. Purchase and contract

By clicking "Place order" you enter into a legally binding purchase contract with VoltRiders All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable VAT. Customs and duties are included where indicated.

3. Payment

We accept card payment only (Visa, Mastercard and other debit/credit cards). After you confirm your order on the site we'll contact you by phone or email for secure payment. You don't enter card details directly on the site.

Ownership of the product transfers to you after full payment and confirmation of delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is typically 14–30 days, shipped directly from the manufacturer with a tracking number. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

5. Right of return

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product. Detailed conditions are on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Warranty

Warranty per EU law is 24 months for all new products. Specific components (motor, battery) have separate conditions listed in the product description. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications or improper maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

VoltRiders is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper use of the product (including riding without a helmet, excessive speed, riding on inappropriate terrain)
  • Damage to third parties caused during product use
  • Non-compliance with local traffic regulations (verification is your responsibility, some models require registration)
  • Indirect, consequential or lost profits

8. Traffic regulations

You are responsible for following applicable regulations in your country. Models with power over 250W or speed over 25 km/h in most EU countries require registration, driver's license and insurance. Check the rules before purchase, VoltRiders can advise but does not assume legal responsibility for non-compliance.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of VoltRiders or is used with the owner's permission. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed.

10. Disputes and jurisdiction

In case of dispute we aim for amicable resolution through direct communication. If amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court is in Banja Luka, BiH. The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies.
